Sattva Kriya Journey or Himalayan Kriya Yoga Journey

During this amazing spring season, we are able to experience all of the elements of nature. hiking in the forest or mountains, swimming in a lake or the ocean, bonfires on the beach or campfires at night, the air filled with summer smells of jasmine and star gazing at night. We are made of these elements, earth our bones, water our blood, fire our spirit, air our breath and space our consciousness. Enjoy this full bodied flow to tap into the five elements of nature. the earth of being rooted in our practice, the fluidity of the movement, the fire and warmth practice creates, pranayama, our breath and the spaciousness of meditation and savasana.

Dorian’s Live NeoSoul & Yoga with June
Participants will move through a yoga flow led by yoga teacher June Elizabeth Williams while grooving to neosoul music with live vocals by indie singer Dorian. Expect sing-a-longs and freestyle dance breaks during this soulful experience. Dorian’s musical style has been compared to India Arie, Erykah Badu, Terrence Trent D’arby and D’Angelo.
